HUMAN TALENT IN COLOMBIA
With the course of the time the economic imbalance of the companies has been lived in Colombia, is habitual that a national company progresses by a short time and that it has to close by the lack of production, efficiency and effectiveness of his workers.
It was very normal to think that to stay in the enterprise top was enough with having a capital and knowledge to administer it, nevertheless, is a very important strategic factor that all the companies have left of side and is the importance of the Human Talent.
Nowadays one considers or it is part of the resources of the company the manual labor or the called today “talent”, the companies have worried to invest more in its workers, to offer a better labor climate, quality them of life, to have the workers as far as its opinions and the decision making.
The Colombian legislation it has obtained an important advance as far as the protection and security of the workers.
