Accidents at work and occupational diseases are factors that interfere with the normal development of organizational activity, negatively impacting productivity and consequently threatening their solidity and permanence in the market ; also serious implications leading to work, family and social level .

In consideration of the foregoing, personnel administration takes its responsibility to seek and implement the necessary measures to help maintain and improve levels of efficiency in the operations of the organization and provide their workers with a safe working environment.

Training and training are fundamental basis for the development of the functions of the new worker, allows continuous improvement on the qualities of the workers and increase their motivation, this, in turn, leads to higher productivity and an increase in profitability.

One of the big topics both public institutions and private is training. There are no major firm, which does not have an extensive infrastructure for training. It is not a simple fashion, if not a true sign of the times, training is a necessity that is increasingly more necessary in individuals and labour communities.

It was very normal to think that to stay in the enterprise top was enough with having a capital and knowledge to administer it, nevertheless, is a very important strategic factor that all the companies have left of side and is the importance of the Human Talent.  

Nowadays one considers or it is part of the resources of the company the manual labor or the called today “talent”, the companies have worried to invest more in its workers, to offer a better labor climate, quality them of life, to have the workers as far as its opinions and the decision making.  

The Colombian legislation it has obtained an important advance as far as the protection and security of the workers.

MY CHALLENGE AS TECHNOLOGY IN HUMAN TALENT MANAGEMENT


Rather than receiving a degree, my challenge is to adequately preparing to face life with professionalism and work ethic.

Today it is very common to find many professional people, but very few working life faced with professionalism, plus get a position and achieve high remuneration for my work, my ideal is to achieve a balance between my personal life, family , employment and social support and be a source of help for each of the areas to which I belong by my knowledge, help grow the people around me.

Regarding the workplace as such my ideal is to create a company, be a source of employment.

It is very common to find in our organizational structures handling the concept of human resource, when we take such definitions and then drove workers who have one or more functions to be reaching a result with tools provided by the organization is handled sanctions, times called attention, in this style of work is more brand hierarchy, look and notice more levels of responsibility, since you do not believe in the qualities of the person as autonomous from their duties if acting orders and under a strict regime of labeled patterns, if we speak contrary to human talent, emphasize more the qualities and skills of people are taken as the word says "talents" who contribute their knowledge, creativity and growth of free action organizations, is a freer way to work without pressure with responsibility for every homework, there are hierarchies as in any organization, but is valued individual contributions of the talent we see the talent as an outstanding competition, learning potential, passion for expressive and creative skills cognitive skills work.

It is important to develop strategies for successful human talent, training, updating and continuous motivation of our employees.
